Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Artazest. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. 30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it. Items must be unused and preferably in their original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
2. Free returns within the EU
If you live in the EU, returns are free. Email hello@artazest.com and we'll send you a prepaid, insured, tracked return label. Please use only this label.
3. Returns from outside the EU
If you live outside the EU, you pay for return shipping. Please contact hello@artazest.com first so we can confirm the return address and give you an idea of the cost. Our panels are large, so carriers charge on the volume of the box: return shipping can cost as much as or more than the original shipping. Always use a tracked service, as we can only refund a return that reaches us.
4. Refunds
Once your return arrives and we've inspected it, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days. There is no restocking fee.
- EU: you get the full amount you paid back.
- Outside the EU: you get the product price back. The shipping you paid at checkout and the cost of sending the item back are not refunded.

- Custom or personalised products
- Final sale items
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
6. Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or turns out to be defective, please let us know as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of receipt, at hello@artazest.com, ideally with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. This does not affect our two-year warranty or your statutory rights.
7. Return abuse
We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders, and to decline future orders, where we identify a pattern of excessive or abusive returns, for example repeated returns of used items, or multiple orders placed with the apparent intention of returning them.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right of withdrawal under EU law.
