What payment methods do you accept?

iDEAL, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Bancontact, PayPal and Klarna. Whatever works for you.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. With Klarna, you can split your order into 3 interest-free payments, or pay within 30 days. No surprises, no interest, no hassle. Just select Klarna at checkout and pay at your own pace.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. Your card details are never stored in our systems — everything runs through encrypted, PCI-DSS certified payment processors. The same level of security banks use: a 256-bit SSL certificate protects your entire checkout. Your transaction data is only kept as long as needed to complete your order, then it's deleted. Your data stays yours.

My payment isn't going through. What now?

Check that your billing address matches exactly what your bank has on file — one typo can be enough. Some banks also block international transactions by default. A quick call to your bank usually sorts it out. Still stuck? Email us at hello@artazest.com and we'll look into it together.

Shipping & Import

How long does delivery take?

Allow 5-10 working days. Each panel is individually packaged to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking code automatically.

Will I be charged customs or duties?

Within the EU: no. All prices include VAT — no extra costs at the door. Outside the EU, import duties, customs fees or local taxes may apply upon arrival. These are determined by your local customs authority, not by us. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific rates before ordering.

Where do you ship?

All across Europe and beyond. Free shipping within the EU. For orders outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Do you offer volume pricing?
