  • Shopify Inc. – e-commerce platform, hosting and order management.
  • Payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, Mollie, Stripe, PayPal) – to process payments securely. We do not store full card details ourselves.
  • Shipping carriers – to deliver your order (e.g. PostNL, DHL, DPD, UPS).
  • Email and marketing tools (such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Shopify Email) – to send transactional and marketing emails you have opted in to.
  • Analytics & advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta) – to understand how the Site is used, only after you accept the relevant cookies.
  • Government authorities and advisors – when legally required.

Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. In that case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
