We are excited to get your new artworks to you! Here is everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.

Processing & Delivery Times

Once your order is placed, please allow 5-10 working days for your artworks to be carefully prepared and delivered to your door. We take great care in packaging each piece to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email with your track and trace information. This way, you can follow your artworks on their journey to you.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders within the EU. For orders outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns are free within the EU: we send you a prepaid return label. For orders outside the EU, the cost of sending an item back is paid by the customer. Our refund policy explains how this works.

Customs & Import Duties

There are no additional costs for tariffs or import duties within the EU. For orders outside the EU, any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty

All our artworks are covered by a two-year warranty against defects related to materials or manufacturing faults, effective from the date of purchase. We recommend inspecting your artworks upon delivery.
